Well, I've been going back to some of my old WW habits and have started keeping a food diary again! And so far it's been good. I've been not only eating a bit healthier, but I'm also keeping track of those little munchies that I normally had during the day that were NOT helping my weight loss goals. All I need to do now is start going back to the gym. I've been a bit preoccupied with school and exams, but enough of excuses. Hope you all are doing well, and hope that we all "behave" this Easter weekend!
