Previous Entry Share

Anybody recommend any good diet pills that actually work? Yes, I'm eating healthy and working out 4 times a week, but I need to shrink the fat now. Yes, I understand muscle weighs more than fat and all that good stuff. :o) I just need a little jump start.

Also, I've been contemplating going on BC pills, but I've heard that effects your weight too, so will a diet pill counteract the weight gain problems of BC pills?

So, what do you use and what works?

the one that that blonde bimbo uses

You know the Nicole person who had the old husband? From what I understand the pill works really well. However, you need to be very careful! All diet pills are bad in my opinion. I have tried several except this one and its not pretty. I would HIGHLY recommend staying away from the diet pills. You should get in touch with your doctor, he or she would have some recommendations for you.

I'm on BC pills, a very old version so I'm not sure if my comment will help. I never noticed a difference in my weight since I began them.

I've tried Metabolife and they do suppress the appetite. That was the only help but then again, I didn't take 2 pills 3 X a day. My friend did and she said it helped speed up her metabolism but it gave her the shakes (due to her not being used to so much caffiene) so she had to definitly increase her water intake.

I've tried Garcina Carabona, ok, that's not the actual name. It's an appetite suppressant from GNC without messing with the metabolism. That REALLY worked.

That's all I can offer.
